Do you support EU, Canada, and the US?
Punch Charlie is available today for businesses in the United States and Canada. We support local timezones and regional payroll workflows in both markets. International expansion is on our roadmap — leave your email on the page if you'd like to be notified when we launch in your region.
Can I export data to QuickBooks?
Yes. You can export all timesheet data as a clean CSV that imports directly into QuickBooks, Xero, or any payroll provider.
Do my employees need email addresses or account logins?
No! With our shared Kiosk Mode, employees check in and out using a unique 4-digit PIN code. They don't need email addresses, passwords, or to download any mobile apps. The business owner sets up the kiosk on a tablet at the shop, and employees clock in from there.
Is there a mobile app?
Punch Charlie is a mobile-first web app. No downloads required. Your team just pins it to their home screen and clocks in with one tap.
Why is it so cheap?
Most companies charge per-user because they have massive sales teams and enterprise overhead. We don't. We built a simple tool that costs us very little to run, so we pass those savings to you.
