Common Questions

Do employees need to log in to clock in?
No — at the kiosk they only enter a 4-digit PIN. No password, no app download at the counter. If they want shift history on their own phone or laptop, they'll sign in with the account you invite them to.
Why pay flat price instead of per employee?
Per-seat pricing punishes you for hiring. Punch Charlie is one monthly rate for your whole team — 2 employees or 20, same price. You always know the bill.
Can I export hours for payroll?
Yes. Download CSV, Excel, or PDF timesheets. We're a time tracker — you or your bookkeeper bring those hours into whatever payroll system you already use.
Is there a mobile app to download?
No app store required. Run the kiosk in a browser on a shop tablet. Owners manage everything from any phone or computer. Employees only need a personal login if you want them to view history off-site.
Is my business data secure?
Yes. The app runs on Cloudflare's global network. Your company's timesheets are stored separately with encrypted access — never mixed with another business.
